By accessing and using HAR Build's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
HAR Build provides professional home renovation and remodeling services, including but not limited to:
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Carpentry and construction services
- Painting and finishing services
- Electrical and plumbing services
- Outdoor and exterior projects
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are preliminary and non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, materials, and unforeseen circumstances.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in project contracts
- Deposits may be required to secure project dates
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Project Timeline
While we strive to complete projects within estimated timeframes, completion dates are approximate and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Warranty
HAR Build provides a one-year warranty on labor for all completed projects. This warranty covers:
- Workmanship defects
- Installation issues
- Structural problems related to our work
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others.
Cancellation and Changes
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials purchased.
Changes to project scope during construction may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing.
Liability
HAR Build maintains appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damages to personal property not related to the project area unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal items in work areas.
Permits and Compliance
HAR Build will assist with permit applications when required. However, permit approval and timeline are subject to local authorities. Any delays or denials by permitting agencies are beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
